The Oceana Resort is one of Treasure Island’s newest additions located directly on the beach. The beach front condos have a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Treasure Island beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just built in 2019, the building combines the advantage of a fully equipped condo plus all the Resort amenities. The property offers 2 pools and whirlpools either overlooking the beach or Bay across the street. Not only can you watch our famous Florida Sunsets from your private balcony, but also from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor. The view is simply stunning!
WEST building is Gulf side. EAST building is Intracoastal side.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. It was okay Beach View as perfect but there wasn't anything around within walking distance. The Unit was right above the Pool so it could get pretty loud in the afternoon. The Bed in the Master Bedroom kept us awake at night because the Westside of the Bed squeaked every time I moved. There wasn't any place in the Master Bath for my Wife to set all her Personal Care products on so she had to use the Dresser, they need to install a shelf. The Exhaust Fan in the 2nd Bath doesn't work the Balcony light didn't work the Interior needs to have some Color Accent walls to make it more bright instead of all the Sterile White everything, probably wouldn't stay here again.

Spring break

The property is in a great location with amazing views and beach access! The accommodations were comfortable. We could have used a few more towels and pillow cases, but having the washer and dryer in the unit helped with that. The grocery store being easily walkable, and a few local spots for food on drink on the beach made for an easy stay!

NO STORAGE AREA IN MASTER BATH AND NO STORAGE (NO PANTRY) IN KITCHEN. Horrible beach chairs and umbrella. Cheap furnishings -- sofa was old and so soft that you sank down into it. Carpet was thread bare.

Beautiful place, just a few warts. Did not realize it was wheelchair oriented. That made for absolutely no storage in master bath. Also master bath fan did not work. But overall very satisfied.

Nice but noisy

There are a few things about the property we liked but a few we didn’t. The parking lot is extremely tight if you have a full size vehicle, and our unit had a half sand/half paved parking space that seemed like an afterthought. People were constantly walking on the dunes and allowing their dogs to go to the bathroom on the seagrass which protects the dunes. Constant dog barking and yelling and loud voices from the pool and hot tub made it not very relaxing. Some maintenance needed done and the kitchen supplies left a lot to be desired. But the location was great and the view was breathtaking.

Overall experience

The condo was nice and close to everything. The condo was not clean. In that it was dusty and the floors were not clean. There was pet hair on the furniture and floor. Did not appreciate being asked to interrupt our vacation so the owners could show the unit. Would consider renting again but maybe a different unit in the building. Because our other family had to change their arrival date we were faced with a parking issue, which caused additional expense. Which is not stated in the post online. This should be provided so others don’t face the problem of finding parking blocks away for a very high daily price.

Beds so terrible we left a day early and lost our $$$

This could have been a great review; the Unit itself was very nice. However, the beds were so incredibly hard and uncomfortable it ruined our trip. Considering the cost, I surely did not expect to sleep on the couch. Rather than endure another sleepless night, we decided to leave an entire day early. The property manager said she would speak with Owner about a night's refund but we have never heard back. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in VRBO's often, but this has been the worst experience. Cheap beds are not good for business. Will never return nor recommend.

Smoking on the property.

Overall everything was as expected. However, the people above me were smoking a lot! It was difficult sitting outside and at times when I had my door open the smoke came into my unit. I made comments to Oceana and to Vrbo-it did nothing to deter them.

Best beach

The condo was spotless upon arrival. Towels a little rough but that is the only thing that was not 5 star. Staff exceptional. Beac was not crowded at all and rooftop sunset viewing was the best. 5 star all the way.

The experience was great

The overall experience was great. Parking was a nightmare. Our second vehicle usually found somewhere to park with the paid parking next door. On our sixth day in, someone took our spot that afternoon and overnight. Luckily, that evening there was another opening that we snagged for the night. The next day when my husband went back again to let them know it still wasn't available, and we didn't want to interfere with someone else. They went to let them know they had to move. It was just frustrating with the parking.
