Wonderful, relaxing property in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches and downtown. Communication from the property manager was awesome. Home was very clean and beautifully furnished. Will definitely stay again when we have family visiting.
So happy with our stay! They had everything we needed for our few nights! Pool was fantastic, house was clean, nice neighborhood and great communication! We can’t wait to come back!!
Had a great stay. Host was always ready to answer an questions and very accommodating. When we arrived, the grill did not work. The host ordered a replacement and we had a new one within days. The pool was fabulous! The rooms were very spacious. The neighborhood was even nice for walking my dog. No complaints

House feedback
Great location and very well maintained home! Super clean.
House was in nice neighborhood, felt safe. Property was very clean and had all we needed. Owners thought of details from spare toothbrushes, razors, laundry soap, dish needs, salt, pepper, coffee needs with keurig, service for 8 in kitchen. Only requests, softer pillows for beds and maybe consider swapping out the master queen for a king bed. Everything worked well. Easy to communicate with host via text. Would recommend and stay again.
Need to up date the lighting in the house.Had to change batteries on the kitchen faucet twice. Faucet leaked. would be nice if they offered local tv channel programing. Shower door in newest bathroom needs a seal in between doors to keep water from going out on the floor. Washer and dryer needs to be balanced on leg adjustments.

Everything was great
The house was located close to many grocery stores and a short drive to everything else. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House was clean and had all we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and had service for more than 8 people. Furniture was comfortable. Access was easy and communication was great with host. Has no steps so easy for all ages and abilities. There's a full (very large) refrigerator, full oven and stovetop, small microwave, toaster, dishwasher and blender. Washer and dryer worked well, and laundry soap provided with extra toothbrushes, razors, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Interior was well done, and pool was large with nice backyard area. Suggestions would be adding a footstool for living room, switch out Queen bed in master for a king. We will return.

updates
The faucet had a leak under the handle, we had to change batteries on the faucet twice in a two week period. ( would say it is time to get another faucet ). Lighting is in dire need of being more brighter. The shower doors on the newest shower needs door seals between doors so the water doesnt go out on the floor. Should consider allowing local channel access on TV.
