Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach and popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. Itâs laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets, and its assortment of shops and restaurants helps visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, the community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Itâs also home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country (a 5-minute walk from the Sand Dollar), and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

A beach restoration project is scheduled to begin between 12/11-12/15 and will be completed by 1/31/24

Sand Dollar complex wristbands will be provided in the unit. They must be worn in the pool and common areas year-round.
From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary.
