Durrance and his wife, the building once housed the town post office, and it has been apartments and offices.

Great location lots of room and features for the price.

Pretty hard to beat the location near the restaurants and bars but just far enough to be peaceful at night. The full kitchen with lots of seating was great. There are two mini split AC units which had no problem keeping it cold. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jim was a great host,contacted me several times during my stay.One complaint I have is during my stay the nights were chilly and the heating system couldn’t keep up.Great location and very clean unit.

From the moment you walk through the door you can feel the warmth and home like feeling. It’s perfectly located to restaurants and bars. After a night out when you return back to this peaceful Oasis (perfectly named) you can sit back and relax out back for a nightcap. I absolutely highly recommend for anyone to book here, Jim who is the host is amazing with all accommodations and communication. I will definitely be saving this place for my next visit.

Great Location - Great little property

My husband and I were up in the Palm Harbor area for an event and this quaint little property was the perfect landing place. As others have mentioned, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The kitchen was appointed with all basic needs as far as utensils and appliances. And though it is a small space, it is roomy enough for the 2 of us. The historic building and decor just added to the overall charm of this property.The host of the property was very courteous and responsive and we did not have any issues whatsoever.I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we are back in the area.
