Luxury beachfront condo in Sea Gate Condominium, Indian Shores has completely renovated from top to bottom. Located on the 4th floor, everything in the condo has been renovated: bathrooms, kitchen, tile, windows and sliders, A/C unit, ceiling, water heater... and of course all furniture and appliances are brand new! We supply everything that make your stay enjoyable, full kitchen utensils, wine cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!

Enjoy your dream beach vacation in this Upscale open floor design 3 BEDROOM / 2 BATH located on the white sands beach.....sleeps 8 persons.

Wake up to a stunning view of the gulf and soothing ocean sounds from the master bedroom
. and in the evening, catch a magnificent sunset from the private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Kitchen features new modern white cabinets, Marble counter top, stainless appliances, and a bar with wine & beer cooler. The open floor plan of Kitchen, dining room and living room provides a comfortable space for family or entertaining, it has all new ceiling fans and new floor Porcelain tiles throughout. The living room has a fabulous view of the gulf, a new 60-inch wall mounted TV and a modern leather Sofa
. The master bedroom includes a king size bed overlooking the gulf with a Fully Renovated master bath with walk-in shower, the second room has 2 queen beds that sleeps up to 4 persons, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second completely renovated bathroom with bathtub. Additional amenities include: A flat screen TV in each room, an Interior Laundry room with new washer & dryer, Pack N Play for toddlers ...two assigned parking spaces ..... Internet and Cable are included.

Enjoy the heated pool overlooking the beach, and enjoy a sip of your drink as you watch the sun slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

The building facilities include: Heated Swimming pool, Elevator, covered parking, outdoor grill and picnic tables, Beach Volley Ball.
Note: we provide the following:
Towels & Linen for 8 persons
8 beach towels, 5 chairs, 4 beach mats, 2 beach umbrellas and lots of beach toys ( frisbee, balls, sand toys...) in addition to Pack N Play.

Excellent location for family beach vacation. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply when needed. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, oversized beach towels, and pool toys were much appreciated! The condo was very clean with modern decor and high-end modern appliances. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The condominium was cute and clean. it had everything for a family or a fun get away for friends. The view was spectacular! Dolphins and sunsets. It’s convenient to shops and restaurants as well as the St Pete Clearwater airport.

Clean and well prepped for vacationers! Very impressed with the condo. However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time.

Home Away From Home

What can i say? We absolutely love this unit. The decor all the way through makes you feel you are at the beach before you even step foot on the sand. Modern appliances were great. All the extra counter appliances were even modern! Any and everything you need for a day at the beach. Sand buckets, umbrellas, mats, chairs and it even has coolers to use.The pack and play and high chair provided was great as well.We love how great Hanna communicated with us prior to our arrival. We had a great week!

Beautiful gulf front condo

We had an absolute amazing stay. From walking in with the cute decor, to walking out on the deck and seeing the gulf. Watching fireworks on the beach on the 4th. And meeting amazing people. We will be coming back.

Dec escape from the snowy mountains.

Amazing unit!! We enjoyed the stay. Mother Nature (hurricanes in Sept) caused a few set-backs but we made the best of it. Would stay there again for sure.
