Turtle Tide House Rules

Welcome to Turtle Tide! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for everyone—and to comply with local regulations in unincorporated Seminole (Pinellas County)—please review and follow these house rules:

1. General Guidelines
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
We will try to accommodate special requests for check-in and check-out times; however, please provide at least 24 hours` notice so we can consult with our cleaning crew regarding availability.

2. Pool & Hot Tub Usage
Safety & Maintenance:
Enjoy our pool and hot tub responsibly. All doors and windows with direct access to the pool are equipped with safety alarms. For added safety and cleanliness, the hot tub is also covered.
Please note that both the pool and hot tub are maintained twice weekly, and you may see our pool and hot tub crew on the property occasionally to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.
Supervision:
Children must be supervised at all times.
Quiet Hours Note:
The designated quiet hours (10:00 PM–9:00 AM) apply throughout the property, including during pool and hot tub usage.

3. Noise Ordinance
Quiet Hours:
To be considerate of our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Enforcement:
Excessive noise or disturbances during these hours may result in additional charges or termination of your stay.

4. No Parties or Events
Restrictions:
Parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Any violation will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any security deposit.

5. No Pets
Policy:
This is not a pet-friendly home. Pets are not welcome under any circumstances.

6. Smoking Policy
Smoking Areas:
Smoking is not permitted indoors. If you do smoke, please use the designated ash trays and dispose of smoking materials responsibly.
Fee for Indoor Smoking:
Should smoking occur inside the house, a fee of $500 will be charged to remove smoke, plus additional charges for any damages to furniture, linens, and other house items.

7. Propane Grill
Designated Use:
The propane grill is available for your use only in the designated outdoor area.
Safety:
Follow all safety instructions when operating the grill. Never leave it unattended, and ensure it is turned off and properly stored after use.

8. Parking
Vehicle Limit:
Up to 3 vehicles are allowed per reservation.
Parking Guidelines:
We ask that you refrain from parking in the street and at no point park in the yard. Please use the designated parking area only.

9. Additional Guidelines
Respect for Property:
Treat all furnishings, appliances, and house items with care. All items must be returned to their original condition and location—no furniture moving or rearranging is permitted.
Local Regulations:
Please adhere to all local laws and posted guidelines during your stay.

By booking this home, you confirm that:

You and your guests will follow all Pinellas County rules, including occupancy, parking, trash, and quiet hours.

You understand that Pinellas County requires us to ask whether any guest is classified by the State of Florida as a sexual offender or predator under Florida Statutes (§775.21, §943.0435, §944.607, or §985.4815). By booking, you are confirming that no members of your group fall under these classifications. If any guest does, we are required by law to notify the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department.

By staying at Turtle Tide, you agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay. We appreciate your cooperation and wish you a pleasant visit!
