This 5 star rated pool home is located directly on the water. Everything you need to relax and rejuvenate on your tropical vacation. This home is a duplex with two units, each rented separately. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.

We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!

Everything was wonderful, the pool and close proximity to the beach were fantastic. The house is super cute and having our family stay in the connecting house (duplex) worked beautifully. Mini-Paradise!

Some neighbors and I wanted a long weekend by the beach and found this listing. I’ve never used VRBO before and was very very happy with the experience. The Treasure Island duplex was PERFECT. It’s obvious the owners are invested in the property and in giving their guests a truly lovely experience!! We will be booking this place again!

Nice place with a great view! Enjoyed the stay very much. Pool light didn't work but the electricity did., It would send a slight tens unit feeling shock if you touched the light. We turned off the light switch! lol. Biggest issue for me was owner wanted $75 day to use the lift! That is ridiculous. Other than those things, nice place to stay.

Tropical Storm

Stayed there this weekend through the tropical storm. My boat never left the davit and we couldn’t enjoy the water but the apartment was top notch and the host super nice and helpful. Excellent communication and the place was a very pleasant surprise for my daughter and I. Thank you Krystal.

We have stayed at a number of places the last three years of our son going to college in St. Pete and wish we would have found this place sooner! Best January Ever!

My husband, two dogs, and I all stayed here for the month of January. The house was as described, and did not disappoint. The water view is fabulous and we all loved watching the birds, fish and even a few dolphins on the bay side. Walking the few minutes to the beach, local restaurants and stores is such a plus and makes this a fabulous location. Response to any of our needs was met quickly and responsibly. The extra bed and bath allowed us to entertain visitors during our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful January...Oh, and we missed two snowstorms back at home!

Perfect Paradise getaway!

Great location, beautiful property and everything you need for your home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and watching dolphins swim by. We were close to great restaurants and could easily walk to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!
