🚫 Garage Access: The garage attached to the clubhouse is for owner storage only and is not accessible to guests. Thank you for respecting this space.

🐟 Pond Clarification: There are two ponds on/near the property. Our pond is located at the entrance of the house and features a fountain. Please enjoy this space. The larger adjacent pond belongs to the neighbor and is private property—guests are not permitted to access it.

Hot Tub & Porch Door Instructions

🛁 Hot Tub Use:
The outdoor hot tub can be turned on remotely. Please give me a 30-minute heads-up before you'd like to use it, and I’ll activate it from my phone for you.

🚪 Porch Door Locking Tip:
The porch doors from the master bedroom and kitchen have a special lock mechanism. To lock them:

Lift the door handle up to engage the lock.

Then turn the lock to secure the door.
