We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived!

Charles Bridge Palace
Room was huge with heating and air conditioning availability, breakfast was nice, mostly the same options every day. Location is ideal, very close to all amenities. Happy with decision to stay at this hotel.
