We were aware that our room would be cleaned every other day however the day that our room was scheduled to be cleaned, the linens where pulled up on the bed but the dirty towels that we left on the bathroom floor were still on the floor, the kitchenette was not cleaned nor were the trash cans emptied. Nothing was replenished in the room and I had to go down to the front desk that you need to request fresh towels.

The location was clean and easy accessible. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable to area attractions. Rooms were spacious, supplied with all necessities, and very clean. The only negative would be ice machines not turned on upper floors. Definitely will be back.

Either the windows are thin or the walls are paper thin, but we could hear someone’s TV through the wall or we could hear the pool’s music all night long. My husband and I could barely sleep The room was great but they need to have a better noise dampening system.
