Welcome to Arches on Oak, a three-bedroom loft perched above one of downtown Steamboat’s most charming streets. Created by a professional interior designer, this space has a fun style with all of the modern amenities needed for a stay that feels both luxurious and relaxed.

This home offers sleeping for up to 8 people featuring a large primary bedroom with a king bed and a twin size day bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a queen nook corner, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a desk. There are also items for families traveling with kids including a pack n' play, high chair and stroller. The home has a full kitchen with all of the kitchen acccessories and appliances to live as if it were your own home. The large bathroom has a full washer and dryer with detergent and the shower has lovely soaps and a hair dryer so there's no need to being those items from home.

Outside guest will enjoy a covered balcony with a gas fireplace, two large outdoor sofas and a bar height table and stool to enjoy view of downtown Steamboat. There is a large mudroom and landing with safe storage for skis and outdoor equipment. The lower part of the building is shared with a barber shop and an interior design showroom and a quick walk across the street to a great coffee shop.
