A quiet environment that does not disturb neighbors must be maintained at ALL times. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. A fine of up to $2650 per day will be incurred for each violation. The city and the neighboring residents will be enforcing quiet hours via the short-term rental hotline.
Please only park in the driveway and the designated garage space with your parking pass displayed at all times. The maximum number of vehicles is 4.
No pets/No smoking (including marijuana). Any evidence or odor will result in a $500 fine.
Please be aware that many full-time residents are your neighbors. If you see them, make sure to be respectful and say "hello." Steamboat prides itself on its diverse community members, and most would be happy to share a story or a recommendation if asked.
