This space is newly remodeled with modern-rustic finishes and decor, perfectly channeling the energy of a great western getaway in the Rockies. This condo is located right in the middle of downtown surrounded by all of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping Steamboat Springs’ downtown area has to offer. You can walk across the street to the Yampa River for tubing, swimming, a riverside bite, or a stroll. Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. The world class, Steamboat Ski Resort, mountain restaurants, and bars are all just a five-minute drive up the hill; or walk half a block to the free city bus, which runs every 12 minutes to the mountain. The 1200 square feet in this condo provide ample space for entertaining, comfortably sleeping eight. In the evenings, relax and unwind with HD cable TV, on demand, wifi Internet. Location is great - right in the middle of everything! Less than a block to catch the bus to the slopes and a short stroll to dozens of great restaurants. The condo was clean and well- stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and paper goods. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen has everything we would have needed to prepare a great meal.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. This place is the perfect location in Steamboat. It is an easy walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a ski hill across the street and there is a bus stop within a short walking distance to get to other ski slopes or locations. The place looks recently remodeled, was clean and beautifully decorated with a welcoming feel. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for SBT Gravel Race

Unit was very nice! Completely done over. It is a 3 story building with the unit on the 3rd floor. The master brm is co on Yampa St and the other 2 bedrooms face the alley. We chose to use queen bedroom at back of unit as it was more quiet and just 2 of us. The location is right in center and very walkable. Tubing is just across street along with many restaurants. It can be a little noisy at night as the restaurants and bars are very close and stay open quite late.

Wonderful condo in an amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in downtown Steamboat! We loved the convenience of the location within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and shopping in Steamboat and easy drive to the mountain! The condo was clean, well-appointed and the host was wonderful! We would definitely return.
