Our family enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. The location was perfect for catching the free shuttle to the mountain. The house was clean and the hot tub was great! Overall it worked very well for us, however there are a few items that need attention. Most of the window latches are broken so the windows won't fully close. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed, but it is not fully equipped for those who make more than the most basic meals. As with most vacation homes we needed to bring more supplies like paper towels and dish soap and coffee filters (there were none). There were packages of lotion, shampoo, etc. in the bathrooms which was nice. Plenty of toilet paper! The house is a bit worn, clean, but a big stain on the carpet outside the master bath and some missing knobs. We had no issues while we were there and management was very attentive before and after our stay. We had a good time, and with some attention, would recommend it as a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Steamboat! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and scenic. The home was spacious and comfortable for our large group, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy time together.The only issue we ran into was with the basement tub and toilet, which had some maintenance problems during our stay. With a big group, being down one bathroom was a bit challenging. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely stay here again once that’s fixed.

The house is in a nice location. Yard was not maintained properly. Carpets looked grungy and dirty. Broken/cracked tiles in kitchen and basement. Nicks and dings in drywall throughout the house. Freezer in basement needed de frosting. Pillow shams in some of the bedrooms were torn and just looked bad.Ice in upstairs fridge was very old.Hot tub had sediment in the bottom, one arm on the cover was broken. Color scheme throughout the house was very out dated.. The house was roomy enough for our family and comfortable, just not appealing to the eye for what we paid.. when I was sent the code to the front door it did not mention to hit the check mark on the pad after you entered the number and when I called the manager they didn’t tell me this also.

Great Family Reunion Destination

We had an excellent stay and the house worked well for our family reunion. House was perfect for our crew that included 2 dogs. Easy access to all that Steamboat offers. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a home that allows for kids of all ages.

No hot tub

The house was fine but we called on first day about a non working hot tub that was disgusting. Management immediately responded and sent someone over, but nothing happened so no apres ski in the hot tub. It turns out I missed a review complaining about the same problem. So please don’t advertise something that isn’t working.

Beautiful!

The home was very spacious and the kitchen was set up well for our group to cook meals. The view out the back, with the hottub, overlooks the Steamboat Springs nighttime ski slope. It's quiet and peaceful neighborhood was so nice after the busyness of the slopes. We loved the fireplace. Loved the large garage. And the beds were oh-so comfortable. We'd love to stay again.
