Pro: condo was spacious and very comfortable. Felt like being at home. Had a garage which was a nice surprise. Location was in a great area. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Overall loved this space
Cons: check in process was not the best. Emails said to go to property office for check in. We did this after hours, and did not realize we needed to call security until later. But once security showed up, no check in packed was present. So he had to just unlock our condo so that we could get in. We did not have key cards till the next morning. Condo had no hot waterhours
If you go in the summer be prepared as there is no heat. Colorado mountains can get chilly, so roll out the space heaters. If you want to make pancakes bring your own flipper as there is none. Not a lot of glassware, so pack some glasses too. No basic condiments- so pack your salt and pepper. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everyone around you. The location is good.
Everything was great overall. Internet connectivity is not so good, but i think thats an issue for the entire town. The garage is too small for a f150 short bed, and outside parking is limited. Check in is a few miles away in a storefront office. The place is clean comfortable and spacious. The ac unit in the main area was a welcomed treat in the hot months, and cools the upper floor quite well. The pool and clubhouse are also clean and nice.
The location to the ski base is outstanding. Garage is great to have as we received over 2 feet of snow over the weekend. Would be nice to have some updated kitchen equipment and the stove burners are in need of attention. Showers were great. Overall great property for a ski trip.
It was exactly like it was represented. Plenty of room for the five of us and very comfortable.

Clean and comfy
Location was excellent - within walking distance to Gondola and square with restaurants. The condo is spacious and comfy with the exception of the 3 very small but clean and functional bathrooms. Everything was clean and nicely laid out for us. We did hear our upstairs neighbor a lot through the ceiling (lots of walking around and it sounded like they had a dog who was on the move quite a bit, but it didn't bother us all that much). Pool and hot tubs were nice. The building is older and a bit 80's feeling but not a big deal to us. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wished we didn't have to leave so soon!
It was a nice typical ski condo with standard amenities, such as pool, grill, etc. The management company sent numerous email offering guidance or help with anything.
