Great location and well-equipped

This townhome is located in a very convenient location near the base area and grocery stores. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. This home has the most well-equipped kitchen I have experienced anywhere.

ski condo ready

The condo was a delight. When skiing its nice to have the condo decor match the area and include the amenities like a fireplace, and blankets. Little items like soft TP and kleenix so appreciated. Really nice lay out. a suggestion would be to put thermastat control shutoff. We were delayed a whole day because of the snowstorm and road closure. The fireplace was left on probably for our arrival and therefore when we FINALLY got there the condo was about 98 degrees!

Great.. with just a couple of issues

Overall, the stay and location was great. I did learn an important lesson about properties in Steamboat lacking air conditioning
 in any way, shape or form. Fans in every room, all windows open, but man it still got unpleasant at times! The only things that weren’t up to par were a very slow toilet upstairs, and two receptacles in the main bedroom that didn’t work. Other than that, all was great!

Friends/Family Ski Trip

This property was close enough to resort to be convenient but not as costly as ski in/ski out. The condo had decent sized shared space and the bedrooms were all large enough for sleeping/getting ready. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was large enough for the 6 of us. Having the garage space for one of our SUV’s and full sized washer/dryer in unit was a nice plus! We would stay here again.
