The hotel was very clean with comfy beds. It's by a busy road but we still found it to be quiet..parking was easy with lots of room. It's in a good area and handy for down town and the hospital. There is no breakfast included but the price reflects this but the Perkins restaurant next door is good and they reduce the menu prices for hotel guests. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

Staff were so pleasant & helpful. Room was clean, quiet & had everything we needed. Even the restaurant had a great brunch & hotel guests get a discount! No hidden fees, free parking, vending machine with real food, back entrance & patio door on main floor (good for dog owners). It's our favorite hotel in Sudbury. Convenient location as well...even hiking/scenic trails/lakes nearby!

Room was clean but the hotel could use a few updates. Our room’s curtains were beginning to rip off the top of the bar holding them up and the bathroom had spots of black mold all over the ceiling. The bathroom in general should be completely remodelled and updated. Other than that it was ok.
