Welcome to #325 at the Hearthstone Lodge. A cozy Queen Studio with great ski-in/ski-out and only a few steps away from local restaurants, shops, and amenities. Equipped with an efficiency kitchen and an air conditioning unit in the summer, #325 has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Sun Peaks.

*Please note that the patio area is not accessible during summer when the AC is installed.*

Location:
- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the center of the Sun Peaks Village
- Ski- in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski- out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter

Bed Configuration:
- Sleeps 3 adults or a family of 4
- Queen Bed (Occupancy: 2)
- Double Sofa Bed (Occupancy: 1-2)
Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc

Bathroom:
- Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with two burner stove (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware and appliances including kettle, coffee maker and toaster
Thoughtful extras: coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cling wrap

Living and Dining:
- Comfortable sofa
- Dining table with seating for four
- Gas fireplace
- TV with Telus Cable and DVD player

Bike and Ski Storage:
- Bike and ski storage in the building's shared storage room (spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Hot Tub and Fitness Room:
- Access to the building's hot tubs and fitness facilities

Laundry:
- Shared coin-operated laundry facilities with laundry detergent provided

Parking:
- Access to the building's shared garage on a first come, first serve basis at an additional cost of $20 per night plus GST.
