The Coffee House - Cozy Coastal Escape

This charming unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With two well-appointed bedrooms, it's ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful getaway. The master bedroom features a plush King-size bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 queen-sized beds , making it perfect for kids or friends. This is an upstairs unit that is part of a tri-plex. You can rent downstairs and connect the two units via a spiral staircase.

The living area is open and bright, designed with relaxation in mind. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy a movie night, or simply unwind after a day of beachside fun. This unit is equipped with a coffee bar. The cozy kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for whipping up a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. With modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area, you’ll have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
The best part? You’re just a short stroll from Surfside Beach and the pier! Spend your days lounging on the pristine sand, fishing off the pier, or exploring the local shops and restaurants that make Surfside Beach such a delightful destination.

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.

There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per pet.

Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

after you walk thru the backyard gate you go across a tenats patio to reach the stairs to go up to your unit. Awkward to say the least. The unit was ok, kitchen was very dated but cabinets were painted white to freshen it up. It listed a washer/dryer, but we found none in the unit. We have rented 3 years in surfside beach and this unit was no where near the quality we have had prior. Dont recommend rented this unit.

Summer Rental - The Coffee House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The overall stay was a positive experience due to the location and attentiveness of property management. Cons: the property is very outdated, the interior was very dirty (stains/filth on walls/floors/furniture, cobwebs hanging from ceilings etc) , had to rewash kitchenware before use because it was visibly dirty, trash and recycling was piling up in outdoor bins from previous guests, there is a very inconvenient metal fence that makes it difficult to enter and leave the driveway with vehiclesBeing right near the beach + pet friendly is the saving grace for this property. Renovations and investing in a better cleaning service could turn this into a 5 star rental. For the price this place costs in the summer, it should be a standard to arrive to a spotless unit for the week.
