Nestled along Suttons Bay's quiet shoreline, this cottage is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, parties, large gatherings, events, and bachelor/bachelorette groups are not permitted.

GETTING AROUND
5 minutes to downtown Suttons Bay
15 minutes to downtown Traverse City
Travel Advisory: Ongoing road construction on Grandview Parkway (between Division Street and Cherry Bend Road) may result in slightly longer travel times to and from downtown Traverse City. Access to the cottage is not affected. Please allow extra travel time or check Google Maps for alternate routes.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
During colder months, the home is heated by a large floor vent in the living room that can become very hot. Please avoid walking on it barefoot.
Strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).
Guests may not tie watercraft to the dock under any circumstances.
For guests traveling with infants, a pack 'n play or crib can be provided upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
