A very nice event house for my small/intimate wedding

We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here.

The house had plenty of room for our multi-generational family. The kitchen had room to prepare large meals. The owner was responsive to our needs. The pool provided a lot of entertainment for our family. We brought yard games and had a fantastic time.

The house is beautiful and spacious. There was lots of room for everyone who came to our family reunion to spread out. The location is super convenient to walking trails, restaurants, groceries, playgrounds and parks. The pool was a big hit with all of the kids and many of the adults - a definite plus. It was great having the upper kitchen to keep separate the food for those with allergies.A drawback was that kitchens were sparsely equipped. There was not enough flatware, dishes or cookware and nothing was in the upper kitchen. The one corkscrew was broken and there were no sheet pans. Some of the beds were comfortable but some of the mattresses were too hard for older adults. The bunk beds were missing some screws so the structure was a bit wobbly. The biggest disappointment was that the kids were unable to use the playset on the property because there were some bolts missing and screws/nails protruding from the wood. It really needs to be fixed or roped off from use so no one gets hurt. We would definitely stay here again if these issues are resolved.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this property. The only glitch was not having the entry code on our arrival at the appropriate arrival time. We tried contacting the property manager several times prior to our arrival with both texts through VRBO and directly. We also tried calling. We had groceries delivered in the high heat without being able to enter. At least 20 minutes past our proper time we finally got through to the manager and received our code.This was not a good way to start our trip, but after this mess, we had a wonderful time. I have read several previous reviews and have seen some saying the kitchen was well appointed. It is not, so come prepared.

Great House

This home was great and fitted all eight of us guys very comfortably and accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen was great and well-stocked, with all we needed to cook all of our meals. If we ever take another golf trip to Atlanta we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our large group

This house worked out perfectly for our group of 16 with plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. House was well stocked with everything you could need and the check in process was very easy. The house was located right next to a walking trail and close to grocery stores. We had lots of room to spread out and visit with family. Would highly recommend!

Good House for Family Reunion

We stayed here with multiple family units for a family reunion, and really enjoyed all being able to stay in one place! One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there. Having 2 kitchens (and refrigerators) was very helpful!

Only thing wrong was insufficient towels. Had th go buy them. Two bed rooms only had one set of towels for two guests. We also ran out of dishwasher detergent. Overall a good stay.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Everything with this property was amazing! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and were able to host a series of get togethers as well as have room for everyone to comfortably rest and not be in the way. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Pleasant Stay

The property is beautiful and private which we loved. We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. It has a wonderful kitchen - the appliances were wonderful, but it was severely under appointed. No serving bowls, one mixing bowl, one frying pan and an odd mix of flat baking pans and utensils. There were several scuff marks, etc on walls, so it had a somewhat unclean appearance. It appears to be a home that has had an addition, so the set up is a little odd, but very functional for our group of 18.We enjoyed our time there.

LMO Celebration of Life

Family members from many different states joined at this beautiful home and property for a Celebration of Life ceremony. The home was beautifully appointed and met all the needs for our large group. 20 of us from 3 years old to 80 loved our stay. Plans were made for a return visit to take advantage of the properties great location. Close to Lanier Islands, Helen, Mall of Georgia, Stone Mountain, Falcons, Hawks, Braves, Atlanta United games and downtown Atlanta to name a few. Everyone enjoyed the house and we would definitely recommend for a large group.

Great place for family gathering

I hosted my nieces and nephews, and their children for a first time family gathering. There were 14 of us, between ages 57 and 4 years old. It was a great opportunity for all of us to connect. We had enough space for everyone to move around and sleep comfortably.

Great house for large family

We have 8 kids and 6 grands and its often hard to find a house big enough. This one completely fit the bill. Pleanty of sleeping areas and multiple family seating throughout. We never felt on top of one another. A SHOUT OUT TO THE OWNER.. When we arrived there were not enough towels or glassware for a group our size. She was super responsive and solved both issues immediately

Amazing home

I booked this house for the week of my wedding for my bridal party. I wanted everyone to have their own space, a door they could close and decompress because it was going to be hectic and that is exactly what I got. I’m so grateful! The home was beautiful, we had space to lounge and relax.

The best place for large gathering

Fun wedding weekend

Clean property and spacious for the family getting ready for wedding. Everyone commented about how well decorated and fantastic it was for the group. Master bedroom and bathroom were huge. Communication with property owner was fantastic and accommodating. This is a fantastic home to rent. Outside space was beautiful neighborhood with walking paths.
