Great location, nice staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to extend our stay. Small spaces in lobby room and toilet, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Excellent location for tourists!

The best quality of this location is ease of accessing within a short walk a city show, shopping, dining, groceries, any supplies including extra luggage, and transport options including light rail handy, bus handy, taxi handy. It is also a quick trip to Sydney Central train station or then in to airport locations. Service was consistently of the highest standard yet with a warm, friendly manner.

Centrally located as it can get, safe for the solo visitor too, perfect for seeing a show within walking distance. My first stay here was very pleasant, quiet but for some presumably shorter term Castlereagh Street 10pm start roadworks and really easy, with every request served capably by hotel reception and housekeeping when still in if needing anything. Wake up call requests were all followed through on so great for night owls with early starts. I highly rec this hotel.

The Park Regis was conveniently located to the place where i attended a function. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. An enjoyable 2 nights. Due to its position in Park St. Its very inconvenient for taxis & buses to drop off outside the door. I had to be dropped off & then also waited in Castlereagh St. For my shuttle bus back to airport.

A conveniently located hotel ideal for sightseeing , midway between the train station and opera house (aprox 20 mins walk to each). Hyde park barracks, museum and art galleries 10 minutes walk. An understated entrance with helpful reception staff. Rooms were clean , my only slight concern was with car noise from outside but in a large city this would probably be the same at most hotels

Property shows is age. We ended up with two siingle beds instead of a double or queen. Location is okay for downtown. They do have a nice city view from the roof but the roof is dated.Dont think we would stay there again
