Very nice and clean. The 2 bedrooms and living room unit is huge comparable to other hotel in the Taipei. Love to stay here, highly recommended. But watch out for your check in/out. They use the self check in/out kiosk here which does work at all. When check in, it would not accept my credit card. When checkout, it would accept it own room card return. And at 5am, no one there to help you out.

Staff was friendly. Somehow the entire hotel lacked a microwave yet the rooms had a large fridge and an induction stove, but nothing to use to cook on the provided stove. Bed was large but uncomfortable as were the pillows. Close proximity to the trains were nice but also as a result it can get a bit noisy

If you are looking for a place to serve purely as a private room to sleep, shower and store bags in, then this hotel will work for you. There's not much to do (the spa/wellness are was closed during our visit), there's no in-house cafe or restaurant, no room service, or any luxurious amenities and facilities available. We spent the entire day out during our whole trip so this didn't bother us. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people BUT there are massive gaps in the wall dividing the bathroom and the room foyer. So if you're staying with someone you don't want to see in the nude, then you can't walk freely around the room if the bathroom's occupied. Since it's also conveniently right next to Sanchong MRT, you will hear trains well into the night and early in the morning. All in all I was satisfied with the stay.

Excellent room, however this is a serviced apartment style suite, lacking all normal hotel services. No restaurant on site, nor breakfasts availabile. Common access water provided in the corridor but not in rooms. No room service or cleaning during stay.

We booked two rooms. Staff not very friendly or welcoming at check in. We had some minor issues with one room. The automatic toilet was too sensitive — it opened and closed on its own and flushed itself anytime there was motion nearby. Emergency light was too bright. AC unit unresponsive. Our other room was much better and was more comfortable. Location is great — right across the street from subway line — though you can hear trains passing by.

Good location, quiet and newer hotel. (3 years)

It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one then. Wash for me? Ridiculous! Beyond that was a OK stay. Wish their staff have better training! :(

The toilet light stays on and shines through the glass wall into the bedroom, and the blinds and drapes do not fully block out the light. I wish I had brought an eye mask.
