Perfect location, great staff!

This was an absolute perfect stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean, and its in the absolute perfect location! Close to 7/11's, lots of food, and the MRT! Everything about this place was perfect, and next time I find myself in Taipei, I would love to stay here again!

A Gem in XMD. Good location and security.

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Room size is great. We can open 2 luggage’s fully with room to spare. Good security as elevators are operating by key cards only and only to your own floor. The best part is they have only a few rooms on each floor. My floor has 3 and we were not disturbed by our neighbours. The only downside is about the room door, very heavy and hard to push. It is difficult to push open by a child or a senior. Besides that, I am satisfied. Will definitely come again.
The public lounge on the 15th floor. Cozy and functional.
Washroom is quite big. Shower head is good with good water pressure .

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ximending walking district. We stayed one night only. The room was on the small side but sufficient. I was disappointed to see the bathroom was not cleaned well and had leftover hair in various spots from the previous guest.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station and Ximending area. Staffs were helpful and the room is clean. Our number one choice in Taipei whenever we visit here.

Great little hotel in a busy and vibrant nightlife area. Small room but clean and relatively quiet. Nice hot shower. Communal room on 15th floor with good views over city. Self operated laundry. Lovely friendly staff. Would recommend.

We came self drive. There’s a parking space next to hotel. Unfortunately, it cant accommodate our rented SUV due to height issue. We have already parked there, only the staff noticed it. They made an excuse we have to book early. They asked us to look at nearby parking area which we have no idea how the parking system works in Taiwan as we just landed. After discussion, the staff agreed to showed us nearby parking area. The parking fees cost us NT345 for 12 hours.

Great location, close to day and night markets. Staff are helpful, but English is not their strong suit. Rooms are modern and clean, but no closets. Get your currency exchanged before you arrive. There are not many currency exchangers and the banks close early. Many restaurants only take cash.

Decent stay in a busy part of the city!

Nice stay! Roomier than expected. Nice check-in staff. Nice lounge to wait if you need to check out early. Be aware that calling a cab is on their list of services, but they won't call the flat rate airport service that costs 1k NTD for you because they offer the service for 1200.

旅館在西門町商圈附近，真的超方便，不論吃的、買的、交通都非常好。房間很整潔，很值得稱讚的是獨立空調。 不過電視盒子放置的位置如果可以改一下會好些，現在是放在電視後面，轉台時盒子常常感應不到。 整體上很滿意今次的住宿，下次有機會會再選擇這旅館。
