Great location, accessible hotel and friendly staff. Arranged for a crib in no time for our 2yo. Hotel and rooms overall could use a little makeover but in general good and clean conditions. My only complaint was that the pillows were not comfortable at all! They were not soft and had no support for my neck and back. Please provide better pillows.
