Everything was just fine for a five night stay. Room was clean and air was fresh. Very well soundproofed compared to many hotels. Great location. Fridge, tea kettle, and provided tea packets were helpful. Laundry machines came in handy as well. Our normal hotel was booked full, but we would otherwise stay again.

The hotel was really tinyโ€”the elevator, the hallways, even the front desk. When we booked online, the room type was one large bed and one small bed, but once we arrived, we found the small bed took up too much space, so we asked them to remove it. They then charged us NT$1000, which we had to pay. The bathroom curtains were moldy and had gaps, making it nerve-wracking to shower as people outside could see us. The bathroom walls were covered in what looked like chewing gum residueโ€”it was disgusting! The refrigerator was small and not cold enough, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, so it always blew directly on our heads at night. The light switches were even worse; turning them on would turn them all on at once. The bathroom lights couldn't be operated independently; they had to be controlled by the main switch. The blankets were too thick and stuffy, and the pillows were too low. They only provided one pillow, claiming to be environmentally friendly and not providing disposable items, but not even providing shower caps was really inconvenient! The advantages were that the entire building was completely smoke-free, and although it was near the street, it was relatively quiet. The staff were very friendly. However, I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent property...good location.

Stayed here on 2 occassions and were very pleased with the configuration of both the queen room and twin bed room (we booked the ones with windows). Good sized rooms for the price with some closet, cubby hole and table drawers for storage and good sized bathroom/toilet. Very clean. Very quiet non-smoking property with lots of no noise rules (which we like). Noting that the the tub/shower is very deep which may pose some issues with entry/exit for those with any mobility limitations, but otherwise great property for all ages. Location is good for access to 2 major MRT lines (5 minute walk to one and 10 minutes to the other) and lots of small laneway as well a higher end restaurants within easy walking distance as well as several coffee shops. One coin operated washer and dryer on site for guest use -both functioned well and the desk will convert cash to coins and sells laundry detergent.
