Easy inexpensive transport from airport on one bus with very short walk (bus 1819). We booked a large double room and the space is good. Reliable hot water, frig and electric kettle in room - great! Fab area full of shops and eateries. The hotel and room are a bit worn, which I mention because that matters to some. However it's clean and very good for me. Would stay again.

Based on this hotel in densely populated Shuanglian area, you can quite easily go shopping around all major sites including "Big 3" department stores -- Sinkong Mitsukoshi, Taipei 101 and Eastern SOGO -- as well as towering malls like Breeze, Eslite or Qsquare.
