This beautiful upscale house is centrally located to everything. Driving west less than one hour there is Clearwater Beach, ranked #1 in the south by USA Today, St Pete Beach, Anna Marie Island and the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Driving east less than 1 hour there is Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, and Gatorland. Within 20 minutes driving time, you will find Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Cafe, the Florida Acquarium, Dinosaur World, the Florida State Fairgrounds, the Strawberry Festival, Ybor City and the Manatee Viewing Center.

We are pet friendly so come and relax in this beautiful cozy house that has access to Lake Valrico. Enjoy the 5 person peddle boat that comes with booking the house. The lake has clear water and great fishing.

The pool temperature was a disappointment, not as advertised. Was not held at a constant temperature because of heater being on a timer. When I inquired was told the pool was 85-89. I understand the cooler nights but the heater didn’t kick in until 3:00 in the afternoon. Sun has already left the pool area due to neighboring trees before the pool started heating.Also there was absolutely no room for us to put any of our personal groceries due to other people’s left items in the “ food pantry “. House was beautiful, clean. Yard was wonderful too.

An Absolute Gem in Valrico – Can’t Recommend Enough!This home was an absolute win for our family stay! Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s beautifully appointed, peaceful, and instantly welcoming—perfect for a larger group.We coordinated our stay for 9 people, and working with Jeff was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Communication was easy, and both check-in and check-out were flawless. A special bonus was getting to meet Sandy, the owner, upon arrival—she’s a true gem and clearly takes great pride in this home.The house is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. From cookware and dishes to towels and everyday essentials, we had everything we needed. The layout is fantastic, with comfortable beds and spacious living, kitchen, and dining areas that made it easy for everyone to gather and spend time together.The pool was a big hit, especially with our granddaughter, who absolutely LOVED it and was in it every day—even though the weather was a bit chilly!We were in town for our son’s wedding, and the location was perfect—close to the venue and ideal for hosting family all in one place.If you’re looking for an amazing stay in the Brandon / Valrico area that comfortably fits multiple families, this should be your first choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!Thank you, Sandy and Jeff, for creating such a wonderful place to stay—it truly made our special family weekend even better!

The pool wasn't heated. That is the only complaint. We wanted to enjoy the pool at night but it was too cold. So not all of us were able to enjoy it. We also thought the lake was like in the back yard...lol. we never made it the lake either Overall LOVE the house! Enough room for everyone and very clean!! I would stay here again!

The property was phenomenal! Nice, clean, spacious; we really enjoyed the backyard area, which included more things to do besides swim. My only one change is having a restroom (toilet, sink) on the side of the house where the laundry area is located

We traveled to Tampa with my family of 5 and my sisters Family of 5. This house offered a great location just outside of tampa. The pool was a huge hit with the teens and preteens in the group. If i comeback to Brandon would most definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome Big Family Home

Stayed at property. Way larger than it looks from outside. Perfect for large family. Even when traveling with Grandmother in tow. Close to Cross Creek wedding venue (under 2 miles). 3 bathrooms was a plus getting ready for to attend the wedding. The heated pool was beautiful. It had everything we could possibly need!!

Plenty of comfortable space

Our stay was wonderful! The eight of us enjoyed the heated pool, large clean space with plenty of beds and rooms, the rain head showers and the useful kitchen space. We felt very welcomed by the Christmas lights and decorations, and the welcome book with stay instructions and helpful recommendations. Loved it!
