Hotel was actually better than expected. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to touch base in Taiwan, shopping & food close by. The employees were friendly, professional, and allotted us 1 extra hour to check-out due to 3am check-in. Room was clean, TV, hot shower, decent bed. Breakfast buffet was great!

The first room smelled very strongly of smoke. They were nice and gave me a new room. The second room smelled like piss. We bought febreze spray and an air freshener, nothing helped. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. We didn’t even take a shower bc we didn’t want to chance it. I gave them a two because the staff was nice, they had free breakfast, and the location was good.

Airport Shuttle: there is a bus service to the Airport. A/C: Individual A/C in each guest room instead of central system. You have better temperature & air flow control. Room cleaning service is good and in timely manner. Staffs are very professional and willing to help. Near the Train station & MRT.

Hotel building is aged but staff did great job keeping it clean but next blocks sewers smell awful. A bit of language barrier but figured things out for what we needed. Great breakfast items served daily. The thin young man with glasses at front desk was great, speaking English well and friendly absolutely adding extra comfort. Highly recommended.
