Very Nice 3 Bedroom Home With Large Lot! Built to entertain! Boat Ramp!

This is a beautiful property that offers a home like atmosphere as well as complete privacy. The property is in the community of Plantation Key Colony. This is one of the best communities in the Keys. Ample roads, large lots (space between homes), very quiet, very family oriented community. This property is part of 'The Village'. Meaning as a resident you have access to Founders Park for a (small fee for short term renters) that is considered to be one of the most complete parks in the Keys. This is a solid home that has been kept in a pristine condition and has all the comforts I high standard living. The location is ideal for all local activities and is still close to Miami. (Recently went through upgrades such as impact doors and windows, new huge deck and outdoor furniture). Note: I had removed property from VRBO to deal with permits and inspections. Home is now ready to go!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property has 2 bed rooms, 1 Man Cave and 2 bathrooms.

1st bedroom (main living area) is equipped with a king size bed. It has an orthopedic mattress and an entertainments center (Flat screen Smart TV, DVR Direct TV dvr, Surround soundbar & DVD player). In addition to a ceiling fan, reading lights on each side of the bed and closet.

The 2nd bed room is larger with a big walkway and equipped with King Size Bed that has an Orthopedic mattress. This room also has an Flat screen Smart TV, DVD Player, Direct TV DVR and sound bar. In addition to a ceiling fan and closet.

The third room is on the 1st floor and is considered a man cave / game room. It is air-conditioned (split unit / high efficiency) and has a full size futon. TV mounted on overhead swivel to be viewed on both ends. Also has Direct Tv DVR with sound system that has Bluetooth with speakers for the inside living area and outdoors to be heard while on the patio, SPA etc.,. XBox one and Nintendo Wii with games and controllers. In addition to a full size SS refrigerator with ice maker. (This room is not designed for sleeping but for entertaining and storage).

The TV/Family room has a complete entertainment center. This
includes a 50 inch High Definition Flat Screen TV, large sound bar, DVD/Blue Ray Payer, Direct Tv dvr, viewed from a large custom sectional sofa that has multiple recliners with remote controls for all positions.

Then you go to the kitchen and find a maple wood cabinets protected by a granite counter with under mount sink. Appliances are all stainless steel and the customary utilities are included (toaster, coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware etc.,

The bathroom is beautifully decorated with a keys like theme. The bath is a shower with a oversize head for a complete and relaxing shower after a long day at the beach.

The home is also equipped with a modem front loading Maytag washer and dryer combo. All, linens and towels are also included. In addition, the property is accessed by specific combination for each renter this includes all entry points (entry gate & main door). No one gets a key and every renters gets a unique code that is never repeated.

On the first floor you find a large area / room / man cave. This is a great air conditioned entertainment area with overhead fishing rod holder, refrigerator with ice maker, an entertainment center.

Step outside to find a professional ping pong table, domino table, dart game, ring toss game (traditional Bahamian game of trying to hook a metal ring by swinging it until it is caught by the hook). There is also a bathroom also nicely decorated so that you do not need to run upstairs.

Nice 6 person SPA / hot tub under the deck for added shade and privacy. Along the is a bench swing and hammock.

Basketball hoop with adjustable height over large compacted pad with protective artificial grass.

There is also comfortable chairs, beach chairs (easily taken with back pack feature), a bench swing under the deck and a single swing stand alone next tot the tree for added shade and a gazebo with a stainless steel BBQ with protective cover. Another gazebo with a ceiling fan, lighting and 6 person outdoor table. The back area is large and full of tree's that offer shade and lots of privacy. In the center of the pad for basketball with adjustable back board. The property is completely fenced in with a chain link fence in addition to a privacy mesh along the rear wall for privacy and to avoid the basketball from going into the neighbors home.

We have some Kayaks on the property that can be used. But you need to have a method of transport to take them to the ramp. The single user ones are light weight but bulky and the ramp options are in the community or a dedicated kayak only ramp with floating dock and free parking (no line no waiting) at the Tavernier bridge (5 minutes north of property). In addition, I do have a front door neighbor that has his own private ramp but cannot guarantee he will let you use it due to who is renting from him at the time of your stay.

There is a covered parking areas at the left side of the property that has a separate gate. This one is reserved by the owner which leaves his boat on site. Bring your boat and further enjoy the Florida keys with no waits and hassle in our private ramp! Meaning inside the perimeter you can park your boat, rv (RV's are welcome for parking only with prior notice and approval in advance) and have space for multiple cars. There is also more space for guests in front of the gated area. You can request access to the private community boat ramp that is normally no lines no waiting with gated secure parking (must request access key in advance of rental and has strict policies due the high costs of replacement if the key is lost set by community.

BIKES: 3 adult size bikes available for exploring the keys.

Activities and Attractions

Community private ramp! Several nice spots close by for fun or fishing. Can provide GPS points to all needed locations (make you look like a local). Minutes from the famous tiki sand bar 'Whale Harbor'. Great to hang out or go to the ocean side for one of the best fishing areas in the Key's.

No need to drive or cross US-1.

1 mile north of the property is a large shopping center that includes
a Winn Dixie, Blockbuster, McDonalds, Chinese Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, Movie Theater, CVS Pharmacy and Baptist Hospital. Yep, I don't think you need anything else.
