Located in a small complex of 3 townhouses, on The Myall River, walking distance to numerous local facilities in Tea Gardens; The Hotel, Restaurants, Cafés, Bakeries, and boutique shops.

Downstairs features a modern kitchen, open-plan living/dining area, bedroom two (Queen bed) and a laundry with an additional toilet.

Upstairs features the main bedroom (King bed) with stunning views of the Myall River with a viewing deck. Bedroom two offers a trio bunk and the main bathroom servicing this floor has a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.

-Ducted Air conditioning throughout.

-One car space for guest usage.

-Views from the master bedroom and living area.

-Queen bedroom located on the ground floor.

-Additional toilet in the downstairs laundry.
