Just fantastic!

Splendid location. Beautiful property. Fantastic beach and the pool up by the hotel is really nice, with a swim ip bar. Breakfast was top notch. Food at the restaurant and down at the beach shack was excellent. Staff couldn't have been better.

Best location in Pipa

Beautiful hotel with the best location in Pipa: one of the few beachfront hotels, with a private beach section, away from the crowds. Amazing staff. Rooms are decent (some maintenance is due but not critical). Good choice of music in pool at perfect sound level (not too loud!). Beach bar with good choice of F&B and very attentive staff. Would return without hesitation.

Fabulous!

Calm, beautiful place. Staff is exceptional, particularly Viviane who is helpful with any request even if unusual. Same with the owner, Giovanni, one day he drove us into town in his car because the shuttle had left. now that is customer service! We will definitely return, but hope to stay at least 5-7 days. Great for families and couples.

Excellent beach retreat with fantastic restaurant

Firstly 2 negatives; despite appearances from mapquest, this hotel is quite a long and difficult drive from natal's new airport. I would not recommend attempting the drive for the first time at night. It's treacherous. Also, although the rooms and facilities are very nice, my partner complained of musty/mildew type air quality in our room. I did not notice this, but the rooms are starting to look a little dated, eg the jacuzzi fittings were rusted. Positives: really excellent, quiet beach (down some stairs). Even a small, well stocked bar on the beach. Poolside bar, absolutely excellent restaurant. We tried 8 dishes from the menu and all great. Easy parking. Plenty of towels. Very friendly and pleasant staff, nice breakfast, TV lounge was great for watching some World Cup games. Very happy with this hotel overall.

Local extremamente limpo, com funcionários super solícitos, educados e proativos. Quando chegamos, não nos deixaram nem carregar as malas — eles mesmos as levaram. O local preserva a natureza, é lindíssimo e muito confortável. De carro, fica a cerca de seis minutos do centro, então a localização também é excelente. Com certeza voltaremos!

O hotel é excelente. Super bem localizado, em frente a uma praia maravilhosa, na verdade, pé na areia depois de descer uma escada. Além da praia, é cercado de verde. Apesar de um pouco longe do centrinho de Pipa, o hotel disponibiliza uma van, a um pequeno custo, mas não deixa os hóspedes sem transporte. Quartos confortáveis. O restaurante maravilhoso, com boa variedade de pratos regionais e opções vegetarianas e veganas. Entretanto, na minha opinião, o que é excepcional é o atendimento. Desde a recepção no aeroporto de Natal, até as pessoas responsáveis pelo serviço de quarto. Na recepção, Júnior e Viviane, nos receberam com a maior educação. Sempre ágeis para atender às nossas solicitações. No restaurante, não tenho como citar apenas um garçom, pois todos que nos atenderam foram muito cordiais e atenciosos. A chefe preparou delícias veganas para a minha filha vegana, achamos um mimo. As tapiocas e omeletes feitos com perfeição. Enfim, parabéns a todo o staff do hotel.
