We want to give you your privacy so we have keyless entry locks; however, if you need anything while staying with us we are readily available via your booking App. We provide a starter kit that includes laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, kitchen sponges, large paper towel roll, trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap in each washroom and dish soap. Should you require additional supplies beyond what is provided, Publix grocery store is conveniently located nearby.

Front door access code and welcome information will be provided the week of arrival, so you know exactly how to start enjoying your vacation immediately! Please note a Ring doorbell with video camera is at the entrance. Parking space #14 is assigned. Additionally, there are STAIRS to both sides of the parking lot to get down to the main level of the condo.

La Cita country club heated pool / hot tub / gym / tennis passes are available to purchase for $10 per person/day (there is not an included pool for this property). Golf rates: 18 holes: $46 prior to 12pm; $37 after 1pm -- 9 holes: $30 - prior to 12pm; $24 after 1pm.
