Enjoy meals or morning coffee on the upper deck. The pergola lounge features café lights, a fire pit, and hammocks. Additional spaces include a shaded patio, lakeside fire pit, and a second grill and picnic table in the yard.

☀ Community Access & Fees:→ $50 community registration fee (included in your booking)
→ $12 per person/day for amenity badges (required for pools, courts, etc.; purchased on site)→ $75 late fee if forms are not completed 3+ days prior to arrival→ All drivers must present printed copies of their license and vehicle registration to enter the community

☀ Booking Requirements:
→ Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay
→ No parties, prom groups, or third-party bookings allowed→ All guests and vehicles must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival→ A waiver must be signed by all guests to use kayaks or paddleboards (available in home)→ Travel insurance is strongly recommended—refunds cannot be issued for weather, illness, or other travel disruptions
