one 75" in the family room and one 65" in the living room, and another 55" in the master bedroom, All are 4K UHD android-based smart tv. You can watch live news and sports events, etc. via the Sling TV app.
Please leave Sling TV logged in after you use it.
For all other streaming apps on TVs, you can log in with your ID, and to avoid unexpected charges to your account, please log out when you leave.
COOLING & HEATING:
The house is equipped with brand-new split-unit Cooling & Heat pump systems. You can control each bedroom's temperature separately.
INDOOR PELLET STOVE:
It is only for wintertime. One bag of wood pellet fuel is provided.
ENTERTAINMENTS:
Pool table(87" L X 50" W X 31" H) with 42" cue sticks, darts, poker, arcade games, board games, kids' books, etc.
HOT TUB:
A hot tub with 49 jets is good for up to 6 people to relax and release the stress from work.
The hot tub will be open year-round unless influenced by inclement weather.
GAS GRILL:
We provide one filled propane tank for the grill. But please kindly understand that in very few cases, guests will need to refill by themselves: $20/tank for a refill at Walmart 10 minutes away from the house by car(in this case, show us your receipt during the stay and we will reimburse you).
How: ask the Walmart cashier to get instructions about refilling the tank.
OUTDOOR FIREPLACE:
The firewood logs are stored outside of the house. (between the driveway and the deck.)
Surveillance or recording devices on property:
Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located around the perimeter of the home, facing the driveway and the backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
PARKING:
Parking up to 5 cars(including gravel pavement). No parking is allowed on the street.

Feel free to enjoy yourself outside as much as possible. However, please be mindful of our neighbors more, especially after 9:00 pm. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors and we respect them very much. Please don't scream and keep the outside noise to a minimum. Unfortunately, once our guests didn't follow this request and it didn't turn out well for all of us as the police came and we had to ask guests to leave right away with no refund and toward you a penalty of $500.
#2 ]] SMOKING Indoor (including sunroom) is NOT permitted (including vaping, marijuana, and tobacco for pipes).
You can smoke in the designated area outdoor(next to the front entrance).
Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the DESIGNATED receptacle.
Any evidence of smoking, vaping, marijuana, or tobacco found outside of the designated receptacle will result in a minimum $300 fine.
#3]] Sorry, no pets are allowed. Any evidence found will result in a $300 fine.
#4 ]] NO events, parties, large gatherings, or loud music are allowed.
No audio devices in/out of the house.
#5 ]] Check-out time must be kept. Late check-out is subject to a $300 fine. Please understand that we need to have time to prepare for the next guests.
#6 ]] Shoes: Please TAKE OFF shoes when entering our home. You can bring your own indoor shoes and your own flip-flops for deck use.
#7 ]] Fireworks are NOT permitted in the community.
An automatic fine of $800 will be administered and possible additional fines and legal action.
#8 ]] Indoor Fireplace: Only open for the wintertime. One bag of wood pellet fuel is provided.
#9 ]] Outdoor fireplace: the door should be always COVERED while running and must be attended to, and also please remove ash and dispose of it along with your other waste.
#10 ]] The barbeque grill should be cleaned after use.
A cleaning charge will apply if the grill is found dirty.
#11 ]] Due to safety issues, NO candles inside the house, please.
#12 ]] Garbage: We have separate trash and recycling bins located near the entrance door. Dump all house garbage into the bins before you leave.
Any Perishable garbage found in the house will result in a fine of $200/bag.

Extra unregistered guests will be fined $200/guest*day.
#14 ]] Hot tub:
* You are welcome to use the hot tub at your OWN RISK.
* SHOWER before use.
* Never use street clothes in the hot tub, SWIMMING SUITS are required.
* We strive to have the tub on and running throughout the year, however, due to potential issues/maintenance of the tub, we cannot guarantee that the tub will be operable during your stay.
#15 ]] Ensure that you will NOT carry any weapons to the property.
#16 ]] A violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
#17 ]] You agree to book in goodwill and you will keep the property undamaged otherwise you will be charged for the cost of recovering damage.
#18 ]] The host must be notified of any abnormal conditions or damages occurring during the guests' stay. If you damage the property and the next guest asks for a discount or refund, you are responsible for the costs.
#19 ]] The guests should RESPECT and follow all community guidelines.
#20 ]] Must be at least 21 years old to book with a condition of the owner's right to refuse it.
