Super Clean Room, very spacious for a family of four, staff very courteous, stones throw to bus station that connects to both Haneda and Narita Airports. Plenty of local stores, restaurants, very connected transit.

Room was clean and spacious. Walkable to station to get to tourist areas. The area is slighly residential so it's quiet. Easy to walk to restaurants and 7-11. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return

The owner has created a detailed website with just about all the information you may need to decide whether the hotel will suit your needs. I personally loved the humongous space the most as that usually comes with a huge premium in central Tokyo and I am glad that it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Of course, it was clean like every other place I have stayed at in Japan, but I can feel the owner’s attention to details and desire to help are even higher than the average in Japan which is already high when compared to the rest of the world. If the location and price is right for you and as long as you’re not looking for beautiful room decorations, this may be a very comfortable home away from home.

This hotel was amazing!! It was super clean, very accessible and insanely affordable. We stayed for 8 nights and paid 360 per person for the whole trip. There were five of us and the place fit us and could’ve got 3 more. I forgot my iPhone charger but they had some for us in the room to use. One of the best places to stay at while in GINZA. 10/10 recommend:)

Newly remodeled. Our unit was the entire floor. Two full beds, desk/study area, large tatami area, kitchenette with plates, cups, etc for 4; electric cooktop so you can make midnight ramen. Larger than a dorm fridge but not full size. Feather and polyester bedding options and a walk thru closet. In unit laundry, already filled with detergent. 24-hour market on adjacent block. Lots of restaurants on the way to/from subway station. Quiet neighborhood and a relaxing respite from the hustle of urban life. Would stay here again. Perfect for our family of 4.

Friendly owners, amenities are provided. Rooms are bigger than the average Tokyo hotel rooms. The room is dated, but the rooms are clean. They give you new towels and free water everyday. They will keep your luggage as well.

Second time around

This is our second time staying at this hotel and that is for a reason. The room is spacious especially for Japanese standards, there is a special touch to it as the owner is very hands on and it is close to the TCAT where one can board the limousine bus to go to Haneda or Narita airport. They have many amenities and they would refresh our towels and bottled water everyday. There are also many restaurants nearby and is walking-distance to train stations. We will definitely stay again!

Old but good

It's very spacious but since the hotel is old, the carpet is not as clean looking and the a/c is not as strong.(it just takes time to cooldown the space but doesnt lack the power). Staff is very friendly and all speaks very good english. Location is great as you have many subway station to choose from (ranging from 5min to 15min walk), and most importantly, the airport limo bus is like 7 minute walk away.
