We booked this hotel because of the location and view and it delivered on both. It was a bit tired (e.g. peeling wallpaper and stained carpet). Note that the rooms on the Sky Tree side (which some of our family had booked) are very small.

I say the hotel is good. If you book a room with a queen bed be aware that the bed will be hard. The breakfast was good. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and 2 train stations so access to a train is about 4 minutes walk

Great hotel, be careful when booking, I chose a smoking room unaware of that (my mistake) The front desk staff found me an upgrade and it was very good, Washer and dryer in the room, so convenient. I highly recommend it kudos to the staff for being incredibly helpful and friendly
