I had an amazing experience at Karaksa Tokyo Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan in the Tokyo area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was immediately impressed by the process for leaving my baggage if you arrive earlier than your check in. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the mini-fridge stocked with water. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the convenience of a 7/11 down the block. One of the highlights was the service. The staff were always ready to assist with any request and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Whether it was offering local recommendations or helping with special requests, they truly made my stay memorable. Overall, my stay at Karaksa Tokyo Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a comfortable, friendly, and convenient place to stay, this is definitely the hotel to choose!

The rooms are very clean albeit small and a bit cramped. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice and convenient before we started our day. I wished they turned the heater down a bit as it is very hot in the cafe area.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Tokyo station and nihombashi station. Loving the simple, understated decor of the room. The room I stayed in was quite nice and clean. It would be nice if there was a view via the room window but not a dealbreaker. The breakfast area turns into a shared visitor space after 10am - there are free snacks and drinks, which is hardly offered by other hotels that I know of. There’s vending machine and laundry facility on site as well. The staff were polite and speak good English. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel

The location is wonderful. It is very close to the Tokyo station with different buses to the airport, trains, JR lines. There are also tons of shops and restaurants at the station and nearby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Snacks and drinks were also available at the lobby for guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we were well taken care of. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
