Clean but tiny room. No clear place to hang towels which was challenging. The worst part was the room smelled like cigarettes. There is a bar downstairs that allows smoking and the hotel filtration system is fairly poor. The staff was really accommodating offering to move us but the other rooms also smelled like smoke.

We only ate breakfast, which was excellent for variety, amount, quality, price, and service. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, high tech control system. A/C worked well. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom, fully equipped. No problems during a4-night stay.

Staff are outstanding, courteous and helpful. Recommend doing something about restaurant, I couldn't get any reservation to have lunch or dinner there. Always told no reservations available! Can't believe that when I saw restaurant with hardly anybody dining!

My overall experience was pleasant, with great service and comfortable accommodation. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow and kept dropping out. When I raised the issue, the staff explained it was due to heavy usage by other guests, which feels disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Still, aside from the unstable internet, I enjoyed my stay.
