The room was spotless everyday for us. The food was spot on and delicious everyday, staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is the Zen restaurant has a spectacular view but darn expensive for what it was for two people. BTW do not get the room that faces the trains because if you are a light sleeper like me it will ruin your beauty sleep. Other than that Japan is a must to visit.

Room was great and the view ever better. We got the Skytree view room and it was so beautiful to see at night and to wake up to in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly and a huge help with making reservations for transportation, I will 100% be checking back here on my next trip.

Great hotel in great location. There are a lot of malls nearby. The hotel is more of the old style but looks grand and well maintained. The only bad thing is there isn't any washing machine available in the hotel. Other than that, I will say this is a perfect hotel. The view of skytree from the hotel room was nice. Will definutely come back again to stay again.
