Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Note that the room with the king bed is quite small. You can spot Tokyo Tower lit up in the distance, so that was nice. Fairly walkable area.

Beautiful Skytree view and a room that’s spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. The room is very clean, and the coffee is excellent. The second floor connects directly to a shopping mall, train terminal, and bus station. There’s also an airport bus departing from the hotel, making it extremely convenient for travelers.

I absolutely loved staying at the luxurious Tobu Levant. Everything was clean! We got water bottles and toiletries regularly. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the service in the hotel is an incredible reflection of the country as a whole. I got engaged while I was staying in Tokyo, and the Tobu Hotel added a homey feel to everything while still feeling so luxurious. The tea room is remarkable! It is close to the station and Tokyo Skytree! Just so many things. BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE STAYING IN TOKYO!

Clean spacious room. Great view of Skytree. Breakfast was good although a bit limited in choices for the cost. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to train station. Shopping and food are also plentiful in the area all within easy walking distance.

Two stars - One star for the housekeeping staff - they've done a great job and another star for the convenience of the location and getting direct access to Narita & Haneda. The staff attitude was appalling - I have stayed in other hotels in Kinshicho and I definitely would not recommend this one, the Super Hotel across the road has better service. We went to the hotel at 1pm, just wanting to drop off our luggage. The front staff instantly told us if we want to check in earlier we need to pay. ???? We didn't mentioned anything... At 3pm - we checked in. When the same front staff handover the access card. She reminded us strongly that if we lost the room card we will need to pay - I don't know what this hotel or this staff has been through. I have been travelling to Japan for more than 20 years and never had such attitude. Understand with recent government changes that some people are anti-foreigners but not expecting this type of service as a hotel??? If you see this review I suggest that you look elsewhere for another hotel

The hotel location is very good. We walked to the Skytree area, and the hotel is near a station, so transportation around Tokyo was convenient. The main areas in the hotel are very nice but the rooms are dated but clean. The carpet in the halls is worn and stained. The breakfast buffet was good and overall we felt this hotel was a good option for the price.
