Staff was friendly. Room was dirty , bedding had stains , hair , carpet was dirty. All our feet and socks turned brown. Crumbs on the floor. Stuff splattered on the wall by the beds . Inconsistent temps it was either to hot or to cold. Pull out sofa which is why we booked the room was disgusting. Mattress is super thin , covered in stains , crumbs all over it. Room also had numerous bugs.

Staff is great. Not a five star property, but certainly adequate. The luggage carts were all MIA when we checked out in the early morning. Eventually the desk clerk found an old broken down cart for us to use. It is pretty clean...except the pool looked murky (and it was tiny/overcrowded). We avoided the pool due to the murky water.

Room definitely wasn't up to par on cleanliness. Old soda can, crumbs on the floor as well as inside the sleeper sofa, large red soda/ juice stain on the carpet and half eaten candy cane floating around. Minus those unfortunate things room appeared to be clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds for us were not great but everyone is different. Breakfast was descent. Nothing to brag about but also nothing to really complain about. Wouldn't be my first choice but would sta again.

The check-in was great and the rooms were decent. Tub was completely rusted. Rooms were dated but clean. Carpet rooms. Breakfast was an absolute mess. They were out of so many things and no fruit options for kids. We had to go to another place for breakfast. Right against the loud highway too.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were worn down. The shower curtain was almost hanging off the wall and the faucet didn't work right. Pool and hot tub was nice.

The breakfast was decent for a free hotel spread. I was happy to see hot scrambled eggs and sausage along with bagels, muffins, yogurt, and fruit.
