Called to see about an early check in and was told that wouldn’t be possible… ok, no worries! So we show up a little after 4 (check in time) and get told our room is still not ready but it should be shortly. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes when I finally asked the staff what the ETA was. They finally said “ one second floor be OK?” Um, yes….? Finally, we get our keys only to discover that there is no elevator *sigh*. Guess that explains the second floor question. I will say, the room was very clean, the sheets were nice - not that sticky microfiber some hotels use now - and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, the hotel needs some updates and more staff but I think you get what you pay for!

The hotel room was clean and the shower had great water pressure, unfortunately the tub drainage was poor, so by the end of 5 min in shower, the tub was half full of water. Also the toilet didn't flush well and took 2-3 tries to completely flush. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke outside the room. The hall and stairs could have been cleaner. The front desk staff were nice and efficient

It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great, either.. Our room smelled heavily of smoke and bleach, and the air conditioning was at 60° and very cold (it was in the 40’s at night). It was probably just that one room, but it was uncomfortable. We didn’t bother saying anything because it was almost midnight and were too tired to bother. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. I may give it one more shot if I had to, but wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.

I liked the property , the welcome staff was great and so was the room. The only complaint i have is the breakfast. With children we always look for a place to that has free breakfast and even if its simple items we are still looking forward to everything they serve. Here breakfast was served rom 7-11, i believe and we went at 9:00am and there was no milk, no bagels, barely any sausage or eggs, coffee ran out . The front desk noticed the coffee and right away was on it, another staff member was checking the food to see what was missing but only checked the batter for the waffles and nothing else was filled. So that is my only concern, overall i really liked the hotel and Kathy was super nice i just expected for the breakfast to be fully stocked.

It’s very easy to get to, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good too. You can park the car near where the room is.
