For a budget motel it was fine. It's under construction so it was just a bit rough on the exterior but beds were comfy and slept well. Quiet place even though its next to a truck stop

We have stayed here in the past, it wasn’t the best, but it was cheap… now, it’s under new ownership, it’s like a complete 180… new flooring in the rooms, much cleaner than I remember, and it no longer smells of cigarettes, I’m glad we gave it another try, we will be back.

Breakfast was good/standard for most hotels nowadays. Outside of the property is definitely dated but the rooms and linens were very clean. The lobby and breakfast area were recently renovated and very nice.

We happened to stay here during a lot of construction on the street, and renovation within the hotel. Despite this, our stay was very pleasant. Check-in staff was nice, and the room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was pretty good - it was continental but included a waffle maker, yogurt, toast, and cereal.

Obviously in the middle of a renovation, we got in late and got one that still needed new carpet and paint (heavy smoke and damp smells, but we had shower shoes.) Bed was comfy, seemed new, and the sheets were clean (and a fitted bottom sheet!).

This place is DATED. They are currently re-finishing the exterior. Once they get through spending a gazillion on the EXTERIOR, they need to do likewise on the interior, perhaps even gut it one wing at a time and start fresh. Our room had an offensive odor, and the carpet had stains of unknown origin. Staff was cordial.
