It comfortably fits everyone in your group, whether you want to swim against the gentle current or relax and play around. Plus, there are two hot tub chairs with soothing jets for added relaxation!

Just seven miles from the heart of Traverse City, this charming riverfront home offers a peaceful escape that's still conveniently close to all the wonderful attractions the city has to offer. Nestled on nearly five acres—most across the river for extra privacy—this cozy cottage is situated along the beautiful banks of the Boardman River. It's a blue-ribbon trout stream where you can enjoy fly fishing right from your doorstep, or take a short drive downstream to tube back and enjoy a delightful BBQ. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for your perfect getaway.

This lovely space comfortably sleeps eight, featuring an adjustable king bed upstairs. The cozy master bedroom comes with a private bathroom that includes a shower and a relaxing soaking bath. Two additional bedrooms are equipped with inviting queen beds. On the main level, you'll find a convenient queen sleeper sofa, along with a bathroom. Plus, there's an outdoor shower near the hot tub, perfect for a refreshing rinse after your soak.

The spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area features a stunning stone gas fireplace. This lovely property provides direct access to the river, a generous swim spa, and an outdoor shower! Inside, you'll find a fun game room complete with a bar, pool table, darts, and a TV. The fire pit is truly special, surrounded by beach sand and eight cozy Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stars! Plus, the home includes a professional putting green for added enjoyment.

Enjoy the wonderful activities like kayaking, canoeing, inner-tubing, swimming, fishing, fly fishing, and Morel mushrooming. You'll also love bird watching and possibly catching a glimpse of a deer or other wildlife in the area! Plus, it's just sixteen miles to Flint Fields for the exciting Horses By the Bay Horse Show during the season.

What a beautiful location! This was a great spot for a winter getaway. The pool/hot tub overlooking the river was amazing. Well-equipped kitchen had all that we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Wonderful Weekend

We stayed two nights and spent a day touring wineries. The rest of the time we spent relaxing at the VRBO site. The spa/hot tub was amazing, the sauna was wonderful and the location on the river was beautiful. We would definitely book another weekend at this property.

Traveling for work every week, this place (and area), was ideal for a family R&R. The home was the perfect size; beautiful and comfortable. They thought of every last detail, to make your stay absolutely perfect. Good communication as well. Highly recommend.

Fall Paradise!

This is a beautiful and private property. We enjoyed the amenities including the hot tub/pool and sauna which were wonderful in the cool fall weather. This fireplace is also very nice. Great kitchen. Quiet area and very comfortable beds made for good sleeping. If you are on the fence just book it. You will not be disappointed.
