Guests have access to all spaces except the owner’s closet and garage.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly rental. We have dogs coming through on a regular basis to enjoy the spacious backyard of Cater Casa. Though we have an exceptional cleaning team, folks with severe allergies or health conditions that may be related to animals should consider renting elsewhere, as even with thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee non-reaction. Most folks with this severe level of allergies are aware of this risk in renting any home that allows pets.

The fenced yard was amazing for our dog. The house was spotless. The sauna and the shuffle board game were great! Hosts super responsive! I was texting if they had a plow service (snowed overnight) and there was someone there in less than 5 minutes! We made more wonderful memories with my son and his wife and my two grandchildren who live nearby. Thank you Andrew and Ashley for being exceptional hosts.

Clean and Cozy CaterCasa!

We vacationed in the Traverse City Michigan area and were able to book the CaterCasa. This was perfect for our adult family and their dogs. Rooms were comfortable and the fenced backyard just right! Communication with Andrew via text was wonderful. The CaterCasa guidebook was also helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Our family, including our 2 Velcro dogs, stayed at CaterCasa and the house was everything we needed and more! This house has been updated nicely and is very clean. We spent most evenings in the basement playing darts and shuffleboard. The yard was huge and our dogs loved doing zoomies around it! The owners were very nice and communicative and even brought over new darts for us for the dartboard.The sauna was also a nice addition for some extra relaxation.The location of the house was super convenient to everything, 10 minutes to Traverse City and about 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear. The neighbor was also friendly to us.Oh and Moomers Ice Cream is a MUST try and is only a mile away!!!Highly recommend CaterCasa!!
