A spring fed creek (with wildlife like salmon, brook trout, ducks and even an occasional mink) runs through the back yard, providing a tranquil Up North feel in the middle of TC's best neighborhood.

Walkable and bikeable to a coffee shop, urban winery and brewery, burger spot, deli, ice cream, hiking trails, hardware and drug stores, beaches, the Leelanau and TART trails, and all of Front Street shopping.
