The property is old, wood trim has paint all over it, looks like they don’t do any taping or care if they get paint on the trim. Everything looked old.

Publié le 20 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWeather was not amazing, but you didn't have to leave the building for anything. Everyone was friendly willing to help. Clean clean clean! Grand kids love the water park. Magic quest is in need of some serious updating. Took two days to get the wand to work to complete the quest. As much as folks like to play this game and sink a ton of money to play it, it seems like the company can invest in new technology.

The water area was nice and clean. The room carpet was very gross. Beds and bedding are very uncomfortable. Prices are very gauged. 4.99 for a bottle of ice tea. The bar and grill restaurant didn’t have a bar tender so they wouldn’t even serve the kids milkshakes or anything and the food was super gross and expensive. I mean really gross. If we ever go back we will definitely bring all our own drinks and eat at restaurants not at the hotel. And bring our own bedding. They seriously need to clean the carpets in the rooms. Not just vacuum actually clean them cause they are nasty.
