Dee checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and she offered to get me some. I ended up getting some at the pharmacy, but I really appreciated that she offered. The room was nice and clean. We could see the beach and the bay. It was quiet and we slept well. I would stay again.

The staff at the hotel is awesome! We had an issue with the tv not working the day after check in, and they immediately moved us to another room. They are very kind and gracious!

We stayed at this property years ago and remembered it being quite nice, but this recent stay was disappointing. The hotel feels rundown in places, with outdated areas and some updates that look rushed or poorly done. The sheets were scratchy, there was mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and the room had a lot of street noise, which made for a poor night's sleep. For what it offers, the rates are extremely overpriced. This was a last-minute overnight and definitely not the quality of hotel we would have liked. Overall, not the value or experience we expected, and we will not be staying again.

Wi-Fi service is terrible at best. Terrible. TV buffered all night, internet connection dropped constantly. Had to go to another location away from the hotel to work. Pillows in the room were very small and flat. Had to ask for additional pillows.

We had a walkout beach view. The porch was disgustingly dirty. Duck poop all over as well as bugs and webs. You can tell no one had swept or cleaned it. Several times when our AC kicked on, it smelled very strong of skunk/marijuana. Quite disappointing.
