Weird upon check in our room was clean and nice EXCEPT housekeeping had not emptied one of the garbage cans in our room which led to the thought...what else did they miss? So i checked the sheets and they were ok. Nice hotel

First time at Spark… definitely will stay again

This was a new Hilton brand for us and we were very happy with the value, comfort and design. There are really convenient storage options that are often missing with other hotel brands. Hooks in main room and bathroom were appreciated. Nice shelving in both rooms too, making storage of clothes and toiletries easy. Comfortable bed, great shower and clean room. Continental breakfast included boiled eggs, bagels, hot oatmeal and several fruit options. Coffee available 24/7. We will definitely stay at a Spark hotel again.

There was no coffee pot in the room, the gym does not exist, when they 'made' my bed it was worse than how I left it in the morning, and the cleaning staff hovered while I was packing up, so I left early. It was uncomfortable to experience. I will not be back.

Room wasn't ready upon check in, front desk staff were slow and not helpful. Once room was "ready" I went up and the cleaning person was still in the room. Room was only half cleaned (still had trash from prior guests, sink was full of dirty water, etc.). Room has been remodeled but still felt old. Breakfast was very limited (bagel, packaged muffin, or cereal). Was fine for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer.
