Newly remodeled, one-of-a-kind loft in central Traverse City. Situated in a charming, leafy, historic neighborhood and only a block from the beach. Walk to all the best restaurants, only blocks away. Enjoy the open spread layout with ample entertaining and cook space. Plenty of space for 6. Stylish design meets downtown comfort with a sense of zen, close to Boardman loop and lakefront beaches and trails for those with an active lifestyle.

This is a converted church and is laid out with a spacious, open floor atmosphere. Enter the property via Barlow and walk up the grand flight of steps into the living area. The property has 2 large bedrooms on the second floor, both with king beds. Ample closet and storage space. The third bedroom is on the main floor as you walk in, with the exercise room opposite. Exercise room with Peloton and infrared sauna, free weights and water rower.

Newly updated kitchen with quartzite countertops and tons of cooking space. Dining room table has room for 8, with extensions to hold space for 10-12. Outdoor space on the patio with views of West Bay, or choose to take it easy on the lawn with patio furniture and grilling equipment for house use.

High speed internet, Netflix, Youtube TV, Piano, and dedicated game table are sure to keep you entertained during the magical TC evenings. Free, onsite parking is provided in the back lot for 2 cars.

Great place. It's a few blocks from downtown TC and two blocks from the nearest beach. You can tell Nathan (the owner) put a lot of love and thought into his place. It felt like home and it was the perfect home-base for our 5 days in TC. We had everything we needed for a great stay

Location, Host & Amenities!The house just close enough to the main downtown area to walk and just far enough away you don't get all the commotion. We stayed during Cherry Festival and it was perfect, we could watch some of the air show from the patio.Nathan was so easy to get ahold of and attentive. We didn't have any problems, just a couple questions, and he always responded immediately.The house is equipped with anything you could need and more. Including a parking spot behind the house if street parking was an issue, which only once during the parade were not able to park right in front. For the furbabies, there is a little side yard for quick stops. Otherwise sooo many walking opportunities right out the front door, including dog friendly restaraunts.
